1The two plans
- Creator Weekly, $49 a month. Weekly training on how to get brand deals and how to make better content, plus help getting brand deals.
- Creator Pro, $299 one-time. Daily training, everything in Creator Weekly, and a brand deal within 15 days after 30 days of training, or your $299 back.
Prices are in US dollars. Current details are always on the Creators page, and your own plan, dates and progress are in the portal under My Plan.
2Joining and paying
You apply through the portal (My Plan) or the website. We confirm your plan, set your start date and create your invoice. Payments are confirmed by our team, and every invoice shows in Billing in the portal where you can print it or save it as a PDF. Your plan starts when we tell you it has.
Creator Weekly renews each month until you stop it. You can stop at any time by telling us. If you tell us before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the next month.
3The Creator Pro guarantee
The promise. We will get you a brand deal within 15 days after your 30 days of training. If we do not, you get your $299 back.
- Your clock. Your 30 days of training starts on the start date shown in My Plan. The 15-day deal window starts when training ends. My Plan shows a live countdown and the exact dates.
- What counts as a deal. A genuine paid brand offer that we put to you in the portal under Opportunities within the deal window, that fits the details in your media kit (such as your platforms, audience and rates). If you accept it, the deal is delivered. If you decline an offer that fits your media kit, it still counts as delivered.
- What we ask of you. Take part in the training, keep your media kit complete and accurate, and answer offers in good time.
- If we miss the window. We will refund the full $299. We record the refund in Billing, send you a notification, and pay it back to you promptly, by the same method you paid with or another method we agree with you.
The guarantee covers a deal offer. It is not a promise of a particular fee, audience growth or income, and it does not apply to Creator Weekly.
4How brand deals work
- Brands do not see your private details, and you do not see theirs, until a deal is agreed. You will see an outline of each offer in Opportunities.
- Each deal has its own brief or agreement, which sets the work, dates, fee and rights. You will find your agreements in Documents, where only you and our administrators can open them.
- Campaign earnings are added to your balance in the portal once the work is complete, and you can request a withdrawal from the Withdrawals page. The smallest withdrawal is $25, and requests over $1,000 are verified by our team before they are sent.
See also the Terms of Service for how campaigns and content rights work.
5What we need from you
- Give accurate figures taken from your own analytics. Do not buy followers, views or engagement.
- Confirm that your audience is 18 or over, label sponsored content clearly, and follow the advertising rules where your audience lives. See the Advertising Standards.
- Tell us about countries you cannot promote in and whether you are open to iGaming. We will not pitch you for iGaming unless you say yes.
If information you give us is false or misleading, or you break our standards, we may end your plan. We will not owe a refund for a guarantee that you made impossible to deliver.
6Changes, problems and ending a plan
We may update what the plans include as the programme grows. We will tell you before a change affects a plan you have already paid for. If something goes wrong, or you think a charge or a deadline is wrong, tell us through a support ticket in the portal or our contact form, and we will look into it fairly.
