How do I start a campaign?
Send us a short brief through the contact form. We reply with a plan and a quote. See pricing for the packages.
Do I get a login?
No. We run your campaign for you, so you do not need one. We send you progress and results, and you can ask us anything at any time.
Can I talk to the creators directly?
No. Briefs, approvals and payments go through us. This keeps both sides protected and keeps the campaign on track.
How do I see results?
We report on each campaign: delivery, reach, engagement and what it led to. Ask us for a report at any point.
Do you work with online gambling brands?
Yes, with licensed brands in the countries where it is lawful, using only creators who have said yes. See our Advertising Standards.

How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by our team. Join through the Creators page or contact us, and we will check your channels and set you up.
I forgot my password.
Tell us through the contact form or a support ticket if you can still sign in, and we will help you reset it.
Where do I sign in?
At app.wiley.digital. Use the username and password we sent you.
What do Creator Weekly and Creator Pro include?
Weekly is $49 a month for weekly training. Pro is $299 one-time for daily training and a brand deal within 15 days after 30 days of training, or your $299 back. Full details are in the Creator Programme Terms.
Why should I fill in my media kit?
It is how we pitch you to brands. Add your channels, audience countries, results and past campaigns, using figures from your own analytics. A complete media kit gets you in front of brands sooner.
How do I get paid?
Campaign earnings are added to your balance when the work is complete. Request a withdrawal from the Withdrawals page in the portal. We pay out in Bitcoin, either on-chain or over Lightning, to the address you give us.
What are the withdrawal limits?
The smallest withdrawal is $25. Requests over $1,000 are checked by our team first, and we send them only after that check, so they can take a little longer.
3Account and privacy
How is my information used?
Only our team can see your account and documents. Brands see the parts of your media kit needed to judge a fit, and identities stay private until a deal is agreed. Read the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Send us a request through the contact form. We will confirm who you are, then close the account and delete or anonymise your data, apart from records we must keep.
I think someone else is using my account.
Tell us straight away through the contact form or an email, and change your password in the portal from the settings icon on your profile card.
