1About these terms

Wiley Digital ("Wiley Digital", "we", "us") is an influencer marketing agency. We introduce brands to creators and run campaigns between them. These terms apply when you visit wiley.digital, use the portal at app.wiley.digital, or work with us as a brand or a creator.

By using the website or signing in to the portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you work with us under a written agreement or a campaign brief, that document applies as well, and where it differs from these terms, it takes priority for that work.

Some things have their own pages: the Creator Programme Terms (training plans and the Creator Pro guarantee), our Advertising Standards, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Notice. They form part of these terms.

2What we do

For brands we offer creator sourcing, campaign management, content and ad creative, and reporting, as described on our services and pricing pages. For creators we find and offer brand deals, and we run a training programme described in the Creator Programme Terms.

We are an intermediary. We introduce, organise and manage. The brand is responsible for its products, claims and offers. The creator is responsible for the content they publish and for following the law where they and their audience live.

3Accounts and the portal

Nobody can register themselves on the portal. We check and create every account by hand, and we may decline or end an account at our discretion.

  • Creators sign in at app.wiley.digital with the details we give them. Please keep your password private, do not share your account, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • Brands do not have a login. We run campaigns for brands from our own admin tools and share results with them.
  • The information you give us, including your media kit, must be true and kept up to date. You must use figures from your own analytics, not estimates you cannot support.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

4Brands and creators stay separate

The portal is built so that brands and creators cannot see, browse or message each other. We keep identities private on both sides until a deal is agreed, and all briefs, approvals and payments go through us. Please do not try to find, contact or work around the other side of a campaign we introduced. While a campaign we introduced is running, please run it through us so that everything stays in one place and both sides are protected.

5Campaigns, content and payment

  • Each campaign is defined by a brief or agreement that sets out what is to be made, where it is posted, the dates, the fee and any rights the brand receives. Please read it before you accept.
  • Creators keep ownership of the content they make. The brand receives the usage rights written in the brief and nothing more. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish for a campaign, including music, images and footage.
  • Campaign earnings for creators are added to the balance shown in the portal once the campaign is completed. You can ask for a withdrawal from the Withdrawals page. Payouts are sent in Bitcoin, on-chain or over Lightning, to the address you give us, so please check it carefully because payouts cannot be reversed. The smallest withdrawal is $25. A request over $1,000 is checked by our team first, and we send it only after that check. Any fees or timing are shown on the Withdrawals page.
  • Brand fees are as set out on our pricing page or in your quote. Anything not on the page is agreed in writing before work starts.

6Rules for using our services

You agree to follow our Advertising Standards. In short: be honest, label sponsored content, do not buy fake followers or engagement, do not promote to people under 18, and follow the advertising rules of every country you reach. Some categories, such as online gambling, have extra rules and are only offered where they are lawful and where the creator has said yes.

You must not misuse the portal. That includes trying to access other people's information, probing or disrupting the service, using automated tools to collect data, or uploading anything unlawful or harmful.

7No promise of results

Influencer marketing depends on audiences and platforms we do not control. Except for the written guarantee in the Creator Programme Terms, we do not promise any particular number of views, sales, followers, deals or earnings, for brands or for creators. Examples on our website show what is possible, not what you will get.

8Social platforms

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Twitch, Kick and other platforms are run by other companies. We are not connected with them. Their own rules apply to content posted there, and they can change their rules, features or access at any time.

9Our website and brand

The Wiley Digital name, logo, website design and written content belong to us. You may view and share pages for normal personal and business use, but you may not copy the site, resell it, or present it as your own.

10Liability

We take care in how we provide our services, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by platforms, payment providers, hosting providers or other third parties. Where we are liable to you, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or close an account, or stop work on a campaign, if these terms or our Advertising Standards are broken, if information given to us was false, or if continuing would put us, a brand, a creator or the public at risk. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing an account does not cancel money already owed by either side.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change matters to your account, we will tell you in the portal or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
